🇵🇭To thoroughly preserve food our ancestors would simmer viands in pure vinegar until it is reduced with the rendered fat browning the meat in the process. However, every filipino knows there is not one adobo to end all adobos!

Thus we present to you my family heirloom recipe of Chicken Adobo, in pie form in true BC fashion with Garlic Fried Rice, like how my Lola 👵🏽 would serve it.

And on the sweet side, something to go Bananas for! Caramel Custard + Ube Sponge.

From top to bottom: Turon, Banana & Jackfruit Spring Rolls +
Leche Flan, pretty much Creme Caramel on steroids. It’s luscious and velvety texture gracefully melts in your mouth, leaving a delightful creamy sensation. We’ve made it on top of a sponge cake flavoured with Ube, a purple tuber used in many of our traditional desserts. It is earthy, sweet, and nutty; think a breath of vanilla with a wisp of soft pistachio.
