CAKE ORDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Online orders
Online orders can only be placed through our website www.buttercrumbs.com.au. You will receive an email confirmation including details of your order & the pick-up date. Please note that we require 2 days’ notice for online orders and our sales system automatically blocks pick-up times within the next 2 days. If you require a cake urgently please call us on +61 493 494 187 to see what is available in-store.
In-store orders
In-store orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received. All payments can be made by cash, EFT or via direct bank transfer.
CHANGES MADE AFTER PURCHASE
As much as we want to accommodate all customer requests, we cannot guarantee all requests to be fulfilled. We ask that all changes are made three (3) days prior to your pick-up date.
Please ensure all contact details, personal information, spelling of names & collection details are complete & correct. Notify Butter Crumbs via [email protected] or by calling +61 493 494 187 immediately of any errors. Thank you for your understanding.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations/changes must be received in writing. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of your pick-up date a 50% cancellation fee will apply for cash refunds or you may choose to receive the full amount as in-store credit.
If Butter Crumbs Cakes & Artisanal Pies has to cancel the order with you for any particular reason due to health, family or situations that are out of our control, a full refund will be provided to you.
We understand that emergencies do come up however, If you fail to collect on your requested pick up date & time, we will not replace your order with a new one but we will allow for recollection within 24 hours of the missed appointment. You will need to notify Butter Crumbs via [email protected] or by calling +61 493 494 187.
DAMAGE
If for some reason the cake has been damaged after it has left our premises (whilst in your care), then we cannot accept responsibility.
